I think that culture has a major effect on the development of a strategic plan because a strategic plan in a particular company must match with the culture existing in a particular company. This implies that if a strategic plan of a company does not match with the culture of a company, then there can be a major problem for the employees. This is because the employees would never be able to adjust to the formulated strategic plan. They would feel like a fish out of water.
